Our/the company’s approach to project development is based on over 30 years of real estate, construction, finance and tax credit experience.
SSRERI currently has 24 projects in place in the Northeast, with individual projects ranging from 250 kilowatts to over 21 megawatts and a project pipeline of over 200 MWs.

FINANCE:
Southern Sky Renewable Energy RI will provide financing options and perform financial analysis that will best suit customer’s specific needs.
PROCUREMENT:
Southern Sky Renewable Energy RI will works directly with leading solar design engineers to design and EPC contractors to build the most cost-efficient ground mount, rooftop and canopy solar photovoltaic facilities. Determining which technology best meets the requirements of a specific project ensures the most cost effective solution for our customers. SSRERI’s exceptional reputation means a wide range of suppliers are eager to work with us to create the best possible way to meet a solar facility’s needs. , SSRERI’s team of professionals has a proven track record of effectively managing the procurement of commercial and utility scale solar equipment.
Our procurement process runs in parallel with SSRERI’s design process. SSRERI’s project teams oversee the entire project from supplier evaluation and solicitation to equipment manufacturing, delivery and construction to warranty and commissioning.
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE:
Southern Sky Renewable Energy RI ensures the solar PV facility operates at peak performance. We also conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the customer’s solar PV facility and we immediately restore production in the case of unforeseen outages.
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION:
Southern Sky Renewable Energy RI will provide the system design, utility interfaces and system installation. SSRERI also completes the required documentation in its entirety for incentive programs, permitting, and utility connections.
